Art
Art is a natural activity to support this free play in children. The freedom to manipulate different materials in an organic and unstructured way allows for exploration and experimentation. These artistic endeavors and self-directed explorations are not only fun, but educational as well. Art allows children to practice a wide range of skills that are useful not only for life, but also for learning.
Music
Music is a wonderful mode of self-expression for children. Through music activities, children develop a sense of creativity and feel free to express themselves without judgment. Creative expression is an important part of a child’s development and memory skills.
Movement
By promoting movement and activity in children we can help increase memory, perception, language, attention, emotion and even decision making. When language is combined with movement, learning increases 90 percent.
Language
Language supports the ability of your child to communicate and learn how to express and understand feelings.. Our teachers provide constant interaction and repetition with the children which is seen to enhances learning capabilities and relationships.
Mathematics
Math is an important part of learning for children in the early years because it provides vital life skills. With Mathematics we help children problem solve, measure and develop their own spatial awareness, and teach them how to use and understand shapes and numbers through various fun activities.
Outside Play
Outdoor play helps children grow socially, develop healthy ways of forming friendships, responding to physical interaction, and using their imaginations to discover new and exciting things. Applying recess and outdoor activities we allow children to be free to explore and utilize their energy in a save zone.
